MayanKey SAS de CV (“MayanKey,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Owner Onboarding Platform at owner-onboarding.vercel.app. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when completing your property management agreement.

2. Information We Collect

When you complete the Owner Onboarding form, we collect the following information:

• Personal contact information — full name, email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number (if provided)
• Property information — property address, municipality, unit type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms
• Timeline information — property availability date and target live date
• Discovery source — how you heard about MayanKey
• Electronic signature — your drawn or typed signature for the property management agreement
• Notes — any additional information you choose to provide
• Submission metadata — timestamp, session identifier, and submission ID

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Generate and store your signed Property Management Agreement
• Provide you with a downloadable copy of your signed agreement
• Notify our internal team of your submission so we can follow up with your onboarding timeline
• Contact you regarding your property management relationship with MayanKey

4. How We Store Your Information

Your information is stored securely in an encrypted hosted database. Agreement PDFs are generated server-side and are not stored on our servers after delivery. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain your submission data for 5 years following the end of your property management relationship with MayanKey, or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

5. Information We Do Not Share

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used exclusively for the purposes described in Section 3 above. We do not send marketing SMS or email messages to property owners using the information collected through this platform.

We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating this platform (such as database hosting and document generation services) solely as necessary to provide those services, and under confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

6. SMS Notifications

MayanKey uses SMS messaging exclusively for internal team notifications. When you submit your agreement, an automated SMS is sent to designated MayanKey staff members only. We do not send SMS messages to property owners through this platform. Your phone number is not used for any SMS outreach to you.

MayanKey staff recipients opt in to receive operational SMS notifications by texting JOIN to our notification number. Message frequency varies based on submission volume. Message and data rates may apply. Staff recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or contact us by replying HELP.

Mobile numbers collected through this platform are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This Platform does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools. No browsing data, device identifiers, or behavioral data are collected beyond the information you voluntarily submit through the onboarding form.

8. California and EU Residents

If you are a California resident or a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data.
