1. Program Description

The MayanKey Owner Onboarding Platform (“Platform”) is operated by MayanKey Property Management at owner-onboarding.vercel.app. The Platform enables property owners to complete and digitally sign a Property Management Agreement with MayanKey. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Agreement Submission

By completing the onboarding form and submitting your electronic signature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Property Management Agreement presented to you on the Platform. Your electronic signature carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable law.

Upon successful submission, a signed copy of your agreement will be made available for download. You are responsible for saving a copy for your records. MayanKey will retain a copy as part of your client record.

3. SMS Notification Program

MayanKey operates an internal SMS notification program to alert designated team members when a new signed agreement is received. The following terms apply to this messaging program:

• Program name: MayanKey Owner Onboarding Notifications
• Description: Automated internal alerts sent to MayanKey staff when a property owner submits a completed agreement. Messages contain submission details for operational follow-up purposes only.
• Recipients: MayanKey internal team members only. Property owners do not receive SMS messages from this program.
• Message frequency: One message is sent per agreement submission. Frequency depends on the volume of owner submissions.
• Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for SMS and data apply to all messages received.
• Opt-out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at hello@mayankey.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — completing your property management agreement with MayanKey. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. MayanKey reserves the right to void any agreement submitted with materially inaccurate information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform is the property of MayanKey Property Management and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” MayanKey makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. MayanKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States and the State of Quintana Roo. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico. By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to venue in these courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

MayanKey reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
